Cindy provides daily assistance with getting your problems solved, and will work with you and your staff including initial on-site training.

Chris Light

Christopher is the President and a 25 plus year veteran of the Insurance Industry. He's a Financial Services Professional with a large degree of experience in assisting advisors throughout the United States in growing their Life Insurance and Annuity Business. He has a broad base of knowledge, including all aspects of life insurance and annuity sales concepts. His focus is consulting and training on the products that best serve consumers and sales systems or concepts that dramatically impact the revenue/business growth of those he works with. Christopher has a great deal of knowledge in the IMO space and shares his enthusiasm that GETS RESULTS!

Kim Cisna

Kim is Senior VP and supports our Commission and Accounting, as well as manages our Contracting Department.

Kim has more than 44 years of experience in the insurance and finance industry. She runs the Property and Casualty Division for Light American Company.

Kate Cabrera

Kate is the New Business Manager for Life and Annuities.  She has 10 years experience on both sides of the insurance industry, with agencies and carriers.  She comes to us from Transamerica and LifeQuotes, where she worked as a New Business Case Manager and helped double her regions life sales year over year. 

Kate earned her Bachelors in Business and Project Management from Colorado Tech University after serving in the Navy for six years.  When she’s not working, you can find her at the dog park with her husband and her two Chihuahuas.
