Christopher’s main focus is on consulting and training, ensuring that both consumers and businesses benefit from the most effective products and sales systems available. His profound knowledge of the IMO space, combined with his infectious enthusiasm, consistently delivers outstanding results.

John Light, a top-producing agent and visionary national marketing organization builder, founded The Producers Network in 2000 following a 35-year career in home office sales management. John’s hands-on approach to training agents is instrumental in cultivating success and fostering business growth. 

Senior VP Kim Cisna brings over 44 years of experience in the insurance and finance industry. She supports our Commission and Accounting areas and manages our Contracting Department. Additionally, Kim runs the Property and Casualty Division for Light American Company, ensuring operational excellence.

With over 25 years of experience in Marketing and Agency Administration, Cindy Habas possesses a unique understanding of home office operations. She excels at problem-solving and provides daily assistance, including initial on-site training, to ensure seamless collaboration with your team.

Kate serves as the New Business Manager for Life and Annuities at The Producers Network. With a decade of experience in the insurance industry, she brings valuable insights from her work with both agencies and carriers. Kate’s previous roles at Transamerica and LifeQuotes as a New Business Case Manager saw her achieve impressive results, including doubling her region’s life sales year over year.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Project Management from Colorado Tech University, earned after a six-year service in the Navy. Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time at the dog park with her husband and their two Chihuahuas. Her expertise and strong ethical standards are invaluable in driving our business forward, and we’re thrilled to have her on board.
